Our design engineers utilize the latest CAD design software and can handle projects with special requirements such as conveyors, electrical controls and pneumatics. We can provide approval drawings prior to fabrication. Our in process quality control program begins in engineering and continues through to the final QC inspection.
Our metal fabrication department provides laser cutting, shearing and sawcutting. Forming and bending is done on the latest technology CNC brake presses. No part is too difficult or unusual for our talented craftsmen to fabricate. Any special tooling required to fabricate custom parts is made in house by our fabricators.
Our welders are certified in MIG and TIG welding. We have experience welding a variety of alloys in all positions. Our welders are available on short notice for emergency work at our facility or yours.
Sheet metal and piping journeymen are available 24/7 to provide installation and service. All Dynacoil journeymen receive regular safety training and are experts in their trade. Services provided include:
Dynacoil’s Engineering Technicians are capable of in the field design, using Laptop computers loaded with a current version of Solid Works 3D software. The ability to reverse engineer OEM components, which can reduce lead time and cost for replacement mechanical parts. Working hand in hand with Dynacoil’s machining division; we are a one stop facility to supply customers with products from concept to completion. Our Technicians are also skilled in automated production line support, from installing complete lines to troubleshooting intricate machinery.
